Well, this isn’t the most complicated trick shot in the world, but it sure is entertaining to watch!
Things you can do with a big butt and a good golf swing
Phil Mickelson, Rickie Fowler and Dustin Johnson played together in a practice round at TPC Sawgrass on Tuesday and decided to switch things up — literally — when they reached the iconic par-3 17th hole.
Now this is a very cool trick shot video. Roman Bechu from France juggles a golf ball with a club quite well. I wish I could still do the basic one where you bounce the ball on the club face, but oddly enough, my hand-eye coordination has never been stellar. I especially liked the “flip face,” “sticky bridge,” “sticky heli,” and the “Charly’s flip,” which I’d love to learn but I’m sure I’d just end up smacking myself in the face with the ball or the club or even both.
Bechu is available for birthday parties and corporate events, too. (Okay, I don’t know that for a fact, but I’m sure he does for the right price.)
Before the tornado warning and severe thunderstorms suspended play at Bay Hill, Sergio Garcia put on quite the show on the 10th hole on Sunday. Somehow he managed to hit his drive into a tree. Naturally, he climbed up into the branches and successfully executed a one-handed shot backwards, punching it back into the fairway. Well done…on the dismount, too.
