Coming off her first LPGA victory at last week’s Kia Classic, Sandra Gal teed it up at the Kraft Nabisco Championship, the first major of the season, and basically picked up right where she finished four days ago. Apparently the adrenaline and extra media requests that go along with winning haven’t affected Gal. At least yet. The German, among those that teed off in the morning wave, held the lead for part of the day, firing a five-under 67 at Mission Hills. She’s tied for third after one round.
