As always, some of you asked where you could watch my work for the Open Championship. The only real answer to that is if you live in Asia, I’m on the preview (or post-round) show on Fox Sports, and I also make regular appearances on Fox Sports Central. Since I know most of my reader base is North America and UK-based, you obviously can’t watch.

With a T2 at The Open Championship, Rickie Fowler is the first player since Tiger Woods (2005) to record a top-10 in each of the season’s first three majors. Rickie’s amazing play on the back nine propelled him into a tie with Sergio Garcia, and there is little doubt that Fowler will be hoisting a major trophy in the near future.

It was Sunday drama at The Open Championship, and Rory McIlroy emerged as the Champion Golfer of the Year. A couple bogeys by Rory on the front nine kept the final round challengers in the tournament, but a clutch up-and-down on 17 secured the third leg of the career Grand Slam for McIlroy.
