16-year-old golfing phenom Lydia Ko announced to the world via a New Zealand Golf YouTube promo that she’s ready for the bigs — and she’s officially given up her amateur status and now she’s competing as a professional. Ko made the announcement in a sponsored video alongside All Blacks rugby player Israel Dagg and he even helped her reach her “monumental decision,” according to her Twitter:
