Tiger is feeling better.
Tiger Woods withdrew after 13 holes at PGA National during the final round of the Honda Classic last Sunday, citing lower back spasms. But, just a few days later at the newly-renovated Trump National Doral, he was smiling and seemed in good spirits in his pre-tournament press conference Wednesday afternoon.

Heading into the final round at PGA National, Rory McIlroy held a two-shot lead — and through seven holes, he had a three-stroke advantage over the closest competitor. McIlroy seemed destined to successfully convert a wire-to-wire victory at the Honda Classic on Sunday. He looked calm and collected for most of the front nine and appeared like he’d probably cruise to the champion’s circle for his second time in three years.

Rory McIlroy recovered from a slow start, with two bogeys in his first three holes, and posted six birdies to fire a four-under 66 in the second round of the Honda Classic. McIlroy, who opened with a flawless seven-under 63 at PGA National on Thursday, is 11-under at the halfway mark.

Rory's back on top!
What a difference a year makes! Well, the same could have been said last year for Rory McIlroy when he walked off the course in the middle of the second round out of frustration, since he was defending his title after winning this event in 2012. I guess you could also say McIlroy has a bit of a love-hate relationship with PGA National.
