In the latest Nike commercial, Tiger Woods plays a Dick’s Sporting Goods employee trying to sell a Covert driver to a customer. And just as perhaps the best closer in golfing history, he gets the job done.
How does this new ad stack up against the two other Nike Golf spots that Tiger has appeared in so far in 2013? As you may recall, there was the clever “I’m Sorry” commercial for the Covert (Woods hasn’t used the club in his two victories this season), and of course, the one where Tiger shares the stage with Rory McIlroy.

Nike should’ve left this driver ad in the bag.
Is it real? Maybe he’s just trying to make ends meet in a still sluggish economy. He needs to buy fuel for the yacht.
Any more Gulbis pics?
Why not put the new Rory ad up too? http://wp.me/p32cTD-3s
Tiger just put the VR_S Covert 5 wood in his bag at Doral with good results. I predict he will eventually switch over the a version of the Covert Driver sometime this year.
