Tiger Woods threw a temper tantrum (surprise!) in the first round of the Deutsche Bank Championship. As Jason Sobel reported:
Almost immediately after impact, he spiked the driver toward the ground, releasing the grip and letting it fly into what can only be described as a dry wetlands area about 10 yards in front of the tee box.
The telecast didn’t get it, but one fan caught it on camera. Look closely to the right side of the tee box at about the 3 second mark. Thanks, reader Chris, for passing it along.
