As reported by Golf Channel’s Tim Rosaforte earlier this week, Tiger Woods has ramped up his practice schedule with “a series of four-to-five-hour practice sessions at Medalist Golf Club … including the playing of some holes.” It appears the 14-time major champion’s recovery from several back surgeries last fall is coming along nicely.
On Thursday, Woods turned up at the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley Golf Club in Graniteville, South Carolina. He hit balls — including the driver! — and gave a clinic to junior golfers. And there’s even video evidence, as shared via social media!

Woods has not publicly given a timeline for his return back to competitive golf. His last tournament was the Wyndham Championship in August 2015.
