Tiger Woods has arrived at the Home of Golf in preparation for next week’s Open Championship, according to the tournament’s Twitter. In the video below, he is teeing off no. 18 during a Nike event.

After posting his career-worst 36-hole total at the U.S. Open last month, Woods placed T32 at last week’s Greenbrier Classic, prompting some to proclaim that he’s “back.” Um, it wasn’t the greatest field in the world and it was an easy course. However, his iron play ranked the highest. Nonetheless, Woods dropped six spots in the world ranking despite his “solid” finish to no. 226.
Interesting enough, most bookmakers still have him at 28/1 or 25/1 odds to win the Open. Honestly, I’m shocked they’re not at least 50/1. Betting on Woods seems like a fantastic way to throw away money. I’m not hating — I’m just saying.
