Scotty and Stevie: Together again (temporarily)
By Stephanie Wei under Caddies

Adam Scott has lured former caddie Stevie Williams out of retirement for the summer. Scott, who split with his caddie Mike Kerr, convinced Williams to loop for him during the U.S. Open, British Open, WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and PGA Championship.

“Steve was adamant that he was not going to caddie in 2015, so he took some convincing, but I am very happy he’s agreed to help out,” said Scott. “We’ve had great success together, so I’m looking forward to being on the links with Steve again.”

Scott has struggled in 2015 (by his standards), with two missed cuts in eight starts. His only top-10 was T4 at the WGC-Cadillac Championship; otherwise, his year has been quite lackluster. Scott has also dropped to no. 12 in the world, whereas he was no. 1 a year ago.

Hopefully, Williams can help Scott get back to his 2014 form.
