Valhalla Golf Club is yielding low scores early in the third round of the PGA Championship. TNT/CBS broadcaster Ian Baker-Finch just said the record low score of 63 in a major is in jeopardy.
Brooks Koepka shot a 66 with a bogey on the 530-yard par-5 18th, and he failed to birdie the drivable 290-yard par-4 4th. However, he recorded a total of nine birdies and four bogeys.
Marc Warren finished his round with three straight birdies for a 66. Warren had a total of seven birdies and two bogeys.
Danny Willet is five-under through 11.
And the best players at Valhalla haven’t even teed off yet. Time to fire at pinzzzzahhhh!
