USGA Plots “Toughest Pin Locations Ever” for U.S. Open Round Two

The USGA is famous for toughening up its U.S. Open courses, but after Martin Kaymer set a Pinehurst No. 2 U.S. Open record with a 5-under 65 yesterday, there was talk that things might be easier this time around. Well, now that we have the pin location map for round two, we can say for sure that the USGA hasn’t lost its edge. In fact, they may have gone a little too far this time. Check out the map below and see what you think, but as far as I’m concerned, some of these locations are just unfair.
