Naturally, he celebrated in style — as he’s known to do.
Last month at the Sony Open, Hahn jarred a shot for an albatross, but when he went in for the celebratory chest bump with his temporary caddie for the week, it didn’t go so well. This time that wasn’t the case — Hahn and his regular looper DJ Nelson made contact for a successful chest bump. In fact, it might be the best form we’ve seen ever on the PGA Tour. After all, white men can’t jump!
Hahn is known for his festive reactions given the right occasion. His most acclaimed performance came at last year’s Waste Management Phoenix Open, where he broke out the “Gangnam Style” dance after rolling in a birdie on the famed par-3 16th in the final round.
Hahn went on to post a three-under 69 in Thursday’s first round at Pebble.
